(Each Ticket must show: Name of Organisation and registered number, Title of Draw, Date and Location of Draw, Promoter’s Name and Address, Local Authority with whom you are registered, Price of Ticket, Closing date and address where ticket counterfoils are to be delivered., and our name by law).
